The San Francisco Glens fell 4-1 at Ventura County Fusion in the USL League Two Western Conference Semifinal on Sunday afternoon.

Ventura came out to an early lead seven minutes in and surrendered little offensive momentum to the visiting Glens in the first half. Ventura extended its lead in the 63rd minute to 2-0.

Fahmi Ibrahim gave the Glens life with a 74th minute goal to halve the deficit, and San Francisco nearly found an equalizer minutes later through Dominic Valdivia.

However, Ventura went on to score a pair of goals in the final 10 minutes to put the game out of reach. 

The Glens have now lost in consecutive seasons in the Round of 16 in the USL League Two playoffs.
