SF Glens Provide Opportunities Through PDL Team

The San Francisco Glens SC have opened up their Street Team and Internship positions for their inaugural 2018 Premier Development League season. The PDL is the best National Amateur League in the United States and features the top College / Amateur players in the country.

Founded in 1961, "The Glens" have grown to become the largest soccer club in San Francisco, with over 80 youth teams, 2 adult teams in the local amateur league (SFSFL), and now, a PDL team.

The Street Team is a great opportunity for fans of the beautiful game to support the club by helping us engage with fans at soccer/community events throughout San Francisco.

Our Internship program is a great opportunity for those looking to earn some real word sports experience or get more deeply involved with supporting the club in a more in-depth manner.

Said General Manager J. Ramon Estevez, "With the number of community events planned throughout the spring and summer, we have ample opportunities for fans of the sport to help impact its growth at the local level."

Estevez added, "I'm excited about our internship program and being able to provide valuable learning opportunities for those interested in a career in pro soccer. Additionally, given the size of our club, there may be opportunities that extend beyond our PDL season."

Positions will be filled on a "first-come/first-served" basis. Prior experience helpful, but not required.
